Medical Director

Dr. Loren Nunley

Dr. Nunley completed his internal medicine residency at Thomas Jefferson University and fellowship specialty training in Infectious Diseases at the Medical College of Wisconsin.

He specializes in providing infection control and antimicrobial stewardship support. He is a member of the Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA) where he currently serves on the Inclusion, Diversity, Access, & Equity (IDA&E) Committee.

Sarah Mahler

Sarah Mahler is a specialty nurse practitioner, completing her Masters in Nursing in 2017 and her Doctorate in Nursing in 2019 from the University of South Alabama. She has been certified as an adult geriatric primary care nurse practitioner for 6 years.

Sarah has experience practicing in multiple levels of care including hospitals, outpatient clinics, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and home care.

Kristen Leizear

Kristen Leizear, NP is a lifelong resident of Maryland. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland-College Park. Her first Masters Degree was earned at the University of Maryland-Baltimore as a Clinical Nurse Leader, with her second Masters Degree earned from Chamberlain University as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

She worked as an Emergency Room RN for seven years before obtaining her NP license and has experience in Urgent Care and Urology. Kristen lives in Carroll County with her husband, four kids, dog, cats, and chickens. She enjoys reading, animals, and any outdoor activity or sport.

Leticia Carrion

Leticia is originally from Puerto Rico and moved to Florida in 1994 to attend the University of Ana G. Méndez, where she received a master’s degree in Science of Nursing.

Throughout her career as a Family Nurse Practitioner, she has enjoyed building professional relationships and helping patients establish their healthcare goals. In her spare time, Leticia loves to hang out with her four children, her granddaughters, and her two dogs.
